I've used Grant W. Kehres a total of 5x to buy property in Palm Beach County and he is awesome!!!!!! He's an attorney that is totally professional, honest, and trustworthy. He definitely looks after his clients' best interests and is a pleasure to deal with. He charges a flat fee per closing, but it's reasonable and totally worth the cost. It's nice to know that he goes over every contract with a fine-tooth comb to make sure you don't "get screwed." On top of that, he and his staff are genuinely nice people! It's a small office, but you get top-notch personal service, and I would highly, highly recommend him.
